  3.    PLEASE FEEL FREE TO DISPLAY THIS LIST AT HAMFESTS AND HAM RADIO STORES

  5.         I have decided to change the format of the National Theft Bulletin to
  6.  make it a lot easier to check for stolen goods. I have listed stolen
  7.  equipment in order of MAKE rather than at random. This will make it easier
  8.  for anyone who wishes to check serial numbers before they purchase used
  9.  equipment either privately or at a fleamarket.
  10.  
  11.         Should you come across any of the listed items, please contact me
  12.  VE3ANB, and I will notify the bonafide owner of it's possible whereabouts,
  13.  or upon your request, I will give you that information and the name of the
  14.  local Police Agency with whom the stolen goods have been reported.
  15.  
  16.         It is always helpful to get a good description of any suspect
  17.  attempting to sell stolen goods. eg: Name, age, height, weight, clothing,
  18.  hair and colour of eyes together with a description of the suspect's
  19.  vehicle (Lic #, year and make, colour and other identifiable marks)

  112.  recover property, it can be returned to the bonafide owner very quickly if
  113.  the serial numbers are on file with Police agencies.

  116.  should you wish your stolen equipment to be included in this central theft
  117.  alert registry. I need the make and model, serial number is a MUST, and
  118.  where you can be contacted as well as the name of the Police Agency the
  119.  theft was reported to. A complete comprehensive listing is sent out once
  120.  per month with additions only, sent weekly
